Private Label Rights (PLR)
Private Label Rights a license to a product. PLR gives the user the right to do just about anything they're wanting to do with it. For example, you can edit it, change the content, label it as your own (meaning claim authorship of it), and sell it. This license usually means you can do just about anything you are wanting to do with it (Please read the particular product's full license for further details.).
Master Resell Rights (MRR)
The master resells rights is a license that gives you permission to pass on resell rights to your customers. If you download a product with the master, resell rights and then sell it, your customer may resell the product as you did. In Some cases, it allows you to pass on master resell rights to your customers.
Resell Rights (RR)
Resell rights mean that the particular item can be re-sold to any number of customers. There are such boundaries with RR licensed products such as you cannot resell the product with resellable rights, meaning, you can only sell the product 'as-is' and cannot pass on or resell the product with a resellable license to your customers.
Personal Use (PU)
Personal Use licenses can only be used for personal affairs, such as reading, sharing (only if stated), or teaching. Products with PU cannot in any way be resold or changed as this license restricts such acts. With personal use licenses, you may make an unlimited amount of backup copies. In most cases, unless stated within the license itself or within the product, it cannot be distributed.
Commercial Use (CU)
This license lets you commercially sell and distribute it. In most cases within our collection of digital products, they will state how this is possible. For example, the product might come with master resell rights (MRR), which means that you can sell and distribute the product under certain conditions, regarding what that license may give you. This is the most common of the licenses we offer.
Give Away Rights (GAR)
Give Away Rights is basically all digital products that have the rights to share, and distribute across the internet, or given away to your subscribers on a mailing list, and basically, anyone who wants a free product may give it away freely. These products might even come with sale rights but it is not necessary to sell these products if you're just wanting to give them away for free.
Understanding the license
1. You may not sell this product or any of its rights if you ask for a refund. Your license will become null
and void.
2. You must keep this license to verify yourself as an official licensee. You must be able to show the license
on demand.
3. You may not market the product in any immoral, illegal or unethical way (Spam).
4. You are responsible for your own hosting, download locations, payment processor, and customer service to
your customers.
5. Any violation of this license will be subject to revoking this agreement and potential legal action may
ensue.


No Liability
Under no circumstances will the product creator, programmer, or any of the distributors of this product, or any
distributors, be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or other consequential
damages arising directly or indirectly from the use of this product. This product is provided "as is" and without
warranties.
Use of this product indicates your acceptance of the "No Liability" policy. If you do not agree with our "No
Liability" policy, then you are not permitted to use or distribute this product (if applicable.)
Failure to read this notice in its entirety does not void your agreement to this policy should you decide to use this
product.
